IT IS NEVER TO EARLY TO MOVE IN P.E.

I strongly believe that Gymnastics should be apart of every Physical Education (K-6) curriculum. Gymnastics covers many aspects of motor development, for it encourages proper movement and life long fitness. Coordination, flexibility, muscular strength/endurance, balance, stability. agility, manipulation and many other skills can be improved using gymnastics because the environment can be manipulated to suit the needs of all skill levels.

Here is a simple kidnastics routine that me and my partner created; it consists of four movement categories: balance, jumps, vaults, and rolls. Here is the sequence of moves you are watching in order. FORWARD ROLL/up incline mat, V-SCALE(balance), STAR JUMP, BACKWARD ROLL/down incline mat, 180 degree JUMP, BEAR CRAWL(vault), DONKEY KICK(vault), and an AIRPLANE SCALE(balance).
